Katy Perry still has the ‘Best-Boobs’ in the Business, Period

I mean, now that Nicki Minaj has said so, it must be heralded as an Ordinance, right? At least Twitter thinks so

At the 2022 Met Gala, “Swish-Swish” was recreated again, and we were blessed enough to witness Nicki Minaj, and Katy Perry at the coveted Fashion event, together. In a video shared on Twitter, Nicki says, “Oh, Dear Katy, I love you”, to which Katy replies, “I’m a Barb, everybody knows that.” Now, Miss Minaj, being all herself, ended the conversation, saying, “But Katy still has the Best Boobs in the Business, Period. I mean, she is not lying, Perry’s ensemble revealed one of her breasts, and had merely lace to make it clandestine.

Perry, who’s usually whimsical, eccentric and full on Avant-Garde with her Met Gala Ensembles (Think Moschino’s Chandelier Ensemble, the Massive Floor Length Wings, or when she decided to be a Gothic Bride ), chose a subtle route this year. Now her definition of miniscule obviously differs from the myriads. Perry draped an asymmetrical Oscar Dela Renta gown. Paying homage to the theme, the “Teenage Dreams” hitmaker amalgamated Gilded Glamor and Contemporary Fashion, and heralded an absolute Fashion Grail. The ensemble, voluminous from behind catapulted the “Agnes-Aesthetic”. Sheer gloves, cream colored, puffed skirt, over sheer black fabric draped around her forming a train added drama to the attire. Honestly, we would have loved to witness something, extraterrestrial, but You Do You Katy.

Miss Minaj, on the other hand, introduced Baseball Cap to the Gala, that too alongside a Gown. In an all-black ensemble, Minaj took the term “Gilded” from the theme, and gave it her own attribute. The strapless gown dissected from the center at her torso, where the legging-boots came into play. The part of her skin, which wasn’t concealed, featured a transparent mesh, with black rhinestones embedded, that left a trail till her face. Nicki, for sure understood the assignment. I mean, it’s obvious, “Who wants to look simple, when you can look Stunnning” has always been Minaj’s mantra.
