When I saw Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello’s pictures during Cinderella’s Miami premiere, that feeling knocked doors inside of me again. They epitomised a love-life with outfits straight out of a Fantasy novel, that though ethereal to look, it acted as a reminder of something I might never have. Putting aside my existential crisis, let’s drool over the magic, Hollywood’s favourite couple presented on the Red Carpet.
Shawn’s ensemble at the premiere looked extraterrestrial౼too good to be true. He wore an illusionary black mesh shirt, which made him look even better than he looks displaying his shirtless self on Instagram. His cut-throat jawline, messy curly hairs and a silver chain did wonder to our eyes and our hearts.He completed the look with high-waisted, timeless cream pants and presented himself as a deadly desire. Lately men in the show-business have taken it upon themselves to promulgate clothing as a pioneering way of self-expression, and Shawn Mendes did that well. Camila portrayed rake in the moolah with her voluminous yellow tulle Christian Siriano skirt. Her gold eyeliner, sheek hairstyle and that bodacious forehead curl made her look like a modern princess on her way to ascend her throne along with her prince charming. Camila’s outfit yelled modern divinity with a coat of minimalism. She paired her dramatic skirt with a sleeveless white crop top and silver shade jewelleries.
Shawn shared a picture on his Instagram and Twitter where both him and Camila can be spotted wearing the same outfits in an ethereal balcony. They kiss under ivory skies and radiant sunlight playing a melody specifically for them. Mendes wrote, “Congratulations my love, I’m so proud of you. I’ve never seen anybody work as hard as you did to show up everyday and be truly professional, kind and authentic. I admire you so much.
